The Beds, Herts and Bucks Parkour Community is foremost a group of people who desire to practice and learn from Parkour and from each other. Parkour is a method of training that can help someone to overcome any obstacle in thier life, be it social, physical or mental, by first teaching them to overcome physical obstacles with movement. It began in France in the 1970s and has since spread across the world.

BHB Parkour is the result of combining three independent communities;

Herts Parkour - Originally SA:PK (St Albans Parkour) the Herts Parkour community has been steadily growing and developing since 2003 and is now one of the largest single groups of practitioners in the UK.

Beds Parkour - Developed by the Enigma team, the Beds Parkour community have been around since early 2005. With a focus on good training practice and creating an enjoyable and welcoming community Beds Parkour and Herts Parkour have long been closely linked.

Bucks Parkour - A relatively young community, Bucks Parkour has all the right elements to develop into an exciting and progressive community in it's own right. Now with the support of Herts and Beds and the strong foundations laid by it's early members Bucks is the one to watch.

Our combined aims are simple; We intend to improve the lives of the people in our community and around us by spreading the positive message of Parkour. We aim to encourage the physical and mental development of our practitioners with a focus on creating strong bonds between individuals and groups. We aim to provide opportunites for our members to broaden their skills and persue their interests. We ultimately aim to create a safer and more positive community for the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire counties.

We welcome anyone to become a part of our community. There are many ways through which you can get involved. The BHBP forum is the place to get talking about Parkour, arrange to meet up with local practitioners and discuss a wide array of topics with the entire community. We offer various classes for people who would like to try Parkour in the safest and most controlled way possible. Parkour class information can be found on the BHBP hompage.
If you would like to see some examples of Parkour in practice, media created by the community can be found on the media page. Finally if you would like to contact the BHBP team please visit our contact page.
